Bite & Sip Began with a simple ritual.

After Dinner Philip would often sit quietly with a small desert - sometimes a slice of spice cake- and a glass of milk. His wife noticed the routine and joked. “its his bite and sip time”

That moment stuck

What started as a small habit became the inspiration for a neighborhood cafe built around that same feeling: slowing down, enjoying something sweet, and pairing it with something warm to drink.

Bite & Sip is inspired by the elegance of French pastry culture with subtle Caribbean influences- a reflection of heritage, curiosity and the joy of simple pleasures.

Our hope is to create a space where people can pause, gather, and enjoy a small moment of indulgence- one bite and one sip at a time.
